SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days, with an expected delivery timeframe of approximately 10 days from the date of order placement.

Carriers: We rely on reputable carriers for deliveries, including Xpressbees, FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom Express, BlueDart, Gati, and India Post. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for delivery delays caused by the courier company or factors beyond our control. Nevertheless, we strive to ensure timely delivery as specified in your order confirmation.

Order Tracking: When a tracking number is available from the shipping carrier, we will update your order with this information. Keep in mind that tracking details may take 12 to 24 hours to be reflected on the tracking website.

Shipping Rates: For shipping, we charge a flat rate of ₹80. However, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders exceeding ₹1000. The total order cost, including shipping charges, will be clearly displayed before finalizing your purchase.

Reshipment: In the event that an order is returned to us for any reason, it will be resent to you upon payment for the return shipment and the subsequent forwarding shipment. Please claim undelivered parcels within 7 days; after this period, we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued.
